COVID-19 Update

Hello all,

We would first and foremost like to thank you, our clients, for your continued support as we navigate the changes COVID-19 has made for our internal processes. Our main goal is and has been to ensure the safety of our clients, team, and families, while still providing you with the high-quality customer service and support you have come to expect.

As such, we have been able continue our operations primarily remotely with limited staff onsite and would like to outline how we can continue to provide you with our essential services while practicing social distancing.

For our tax clients, the Federal and State of California tax return filing and payment deadline has been extended to July 15th. To ensure tax returns are still completed in compliance with deadlines, we can obtain your tax documents electronically via email, a secure upload via Sharefile, fax, or in-person drop offs/pick-ups. You can email us directly, or send an email to info@hhccpas.com, and one of our staff will respond with a link to securely upload your information to us. For clients who are unable to submit their tax documentation electronically, you will still have the option to drop-off and pick up your returns at the office. There will be a staff member in the office Monday – Thursday from 9am-5pm, and Friday from 9am-1pm who can assist you. The doors will be locked as we will only be allowing one client in the office at a time. Please call us at (559) 412-7576 when you arrive so our staff can prepare the client station for you. We will not be conducting in-person tax appointments until further notice.
